Here’s how to get up and running in just a few minutes:

✅ Step 1: Clear Out Demo Data

This template comes with pre-filled example data to show you how it works. Before you begin using it for your own planning, clean it up:

1. Go to each database page:
2. Press Ctrl + A (or Cmd + A on Mac) to select all records.
3. Hit Delete to remove them.

Now your system is clean and ready for you to start fresh.

🧱 Step 2: Understand the Structure

Eisenhower OS is built around 3 main sections:

• Tasks → Your daily action items.
• Projects → Collections of related tasks.
• Goals → Your bigger-picture outcomes.

Here’s how they connect:

• A task can be linked to a project and/or a goal.
• A goal can contain multiple projects.
• A project can have many tasks.
• You can also create tasks without linking them to anything if you prefer simplicity.
